A seasoned public administrator and policy analyst, Dr. Olushola John Ojo, PhD, has commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for what he described as bold and decisive economic reforms that are beginning to stabilise Nigeria’s economy and lay the foundation for long-term growth.
Dr. Ojo, recognized as an administrator par excellence with over 25 years’ work experience in high-profile organisations, said the administration’s policies reflect a firm commitment to addressing long-standing structural weaknesses in public finance and governance.
His professional experience spans Customer Care Service, Business Development, Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, Accountancy, and Finance-related transactions across the Oil and Gas downstream and upstream sectors, with additional exposure to auditing in Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Allied Companies, and public institutions.
According to him, measures to enhance revenue generation, enforce fiscal discipline, and strengthen institutional coordination are already producing tangible results.
“These reforms are critical for creating a predictable and sustainable financial environment. By improving revenue collection and reducing inefficiencies, the government is restoring investor confidence and positioning the economy for growth,” Dr. Ojo said.
