Hon. Adekunle Ebenezer Adebusuyi has expressed profound appreciation to Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji for his pivotal role in his emergence as the consensus Chairmanship candidate for Ekameta Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Ekiti State.
A seasoned administrator, Adebusuyi previously served as Vice Chairman and later Acting Chairman of Ekameta LCDA, where he earned widespread recognition for his dedication, integrity, and ability to deliver results.
He currently serves as Senior Special Assistant to Governor Oyebanji on Internal Relations, a position in which he has demonstrated unwavering loyalty, competence, and exceptional commitment to both governance and party affairs.
Speaking shortly after obtaining his expression and nomination forms at the Ekiti State party secretariat, Adebusuyi praised Governor Oyebanji’s visionary leadership and mentorship, highlighting the governor’s role in shaping his political journey.
“Governor Oyebanji’s dedication to nurturing capable leaders is remarkable. I am deeply grateful for his trust, and I pledge to uphold the confidence he has placed in me,” Adebusuyi said.
He also reassured the leadership and people of Ekameta LCDA that he will never disappoint them with the trust they have placed in him, promising to deliver effective, responsive, and transformative leadership that will benefit the entire community.
In a bold statement ahead of the July 20 Ekiti governorship election, Adebusuyi expressed confidence that Governor Oyebanji would secure a resounding victory across all polling units in the state, describing the election as a walkover.
He cited the governor’s record of achievements, popularity, and commitment to good governance as key factors that position him for an easy win.
Adebusuyi emphasized the unity, discipline, and cohesion within the party, attributing these qualities to Governor Oyebanji’s leadership style, which continues to strengthen party structures and position Ekiti State for accelerated development.
