An All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain and Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Internal Relations, Hon. Ebenezer Adebusuyi, has commended Ekiti State Governor, Mr. Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji, for his commitment to inclusive governance and people-oriented leadership.
Adebusuyi, in a statement made available to journalists, said Governor Oyebanji’s administration has demonstrated uncommon openness, unity of purpose and grassroots engagement since assuming office, describing the governor as a leader who carries everyone along irrespective of political, ethnic or religious differences.
He called on the Ekiti electorate to come out in large numbers to vote for the continuity of good governance in the June 20 Ekiti State governorship election, noting that sustaining the current administration would further consolidate the gains recorded in the past three years.
According to him, the Oyebanji-led government has made remarkable strides across key sectors of the state’s development.
He highlighted achievements in infrastructure, including road rehabilitation and rural connectivity; education, with improved learning environments and support for teachers; healthcare delivery through upgraded facilities and enhanced access to services; as well as agriculture, youth empowerment and social welfare programmes aimed at improving the standard of living of Ekiti residents.
Adebusuyi added that the governor’s consultative leadership style and emphasis on peace and stability have strengthened democratic governance in the state and restored public confidence in government.
He urged voters to look beyond partisan sentiments and support an administration he described as tested, trusted and genuinely committed to the progress of Ekiti State, stressing that continuity would ensure the completion and expansion of ongoing developmental projects for the benefit of all citizens.
