An APC chieftain and Senator representing Borno South, Mohammed Ali Ndume, has congratulated the newly inaugurated executives of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Borno State, commending Governor Babagana Umara Zulum for fostering unity within the party.
In a statement issued through his media office, Ndume described the inauguration of the new state executives as a significant milestone, noting that Governor Zulum had made history by strengthening cohesion and promoting internal harmony across party structures in the state.
The lawmaker expressed confidence in the Bello Ayuba-led executive, stating that the team would provide purposeful leadership and further consolidate the party’s structure at all levels.
He noted that the APC in Borno State has continued to enjoy growing popularity and acceptance, attributing the development to the impactful legacy projects of Governor Zulum, which he said have directly benefited the grassroots.
Ndume also commended Hon. Ali Bukar Dalori and other key stakeholders for their dedication and collective efforts in ensuring stability and unity within the party. He said the prevailing atmosphere of cooperation among party leaders and members has strengthened the APC and positioned it for greater accomplishments.
According to the senator, the unity and strong leadership currently being witnessed within the party place it in a favourable position ahead of future electoral contests.
He expressed optimism that with sustained grassroots mobilisation and collaboration, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu would secure victory in the forthcoming elections.
Ndume reaffirmed his commitment to working closely with party leaders and members to consolidate on the gains already recorded and to ensure sustained progress and development for the people of Borno State.
