The Executive Chairman of the Osun State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) and leading aspirant for the Osun East Senatorial District, Hon. Fadipe Ibukun Ishola (IBK), stole the spotlight at a Mega Empowerment Programme held for constituents in Ilesa East on Saturday.
