Fulfilling promises made at the September 2024 National Women’s Conference organized by the Committee of Wives of Lagos State Officials (COWLSO), the First Lady of Lagos State and COWLSO Chairman, Dr. (Mrs.) Claudiana Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu, together with Mrs. Oluremi Hamzat, wife of the Deputy Governor and COWLSO Vice Chairman, some top government officials and COWLSO executives, presented star prizes to the winners of the raffle draw held during the conference’s Gala Night.
The awards presentation took place at the Diamonds and Divas Awards ceremony in the First Lady’s Banquet Hall, Ikeja. Mrs. Adesola Alao received keys and documents to a brand-new 2-bedroom apartment at LagosHoms in Iponri, Surulere, while Mrs. Adebukola Oguntade was awarded the keys to a GAC SUV.
Additionally, Dr. Gbemisola Saibu, winner of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s empowerment fund, was awarded an instant cash transfer of N10 million.
Furthermore, Mrs. Shukurat Otuniyi and Mrs. Fausat Idowu, winners of return tickets to Zanzibar, Doha, and Qatar, each received a cheque for N2.5 million.
