The All Progressives Congress (APC) Gubernatorial candidate for Niger State, Hon. Mohammed Umar Bago on Sunday, 18th December, 2022, honoured the invitation of the Kungiyan Mata Masu Kuri’a 4 Bago in Suleja Local Government Area of Niger State.


The incoming Governor, in his remarks acknowledged the proven humility, understanding and cooperation of the Women group where he seek their support in galvanizing his political permutations for APC’s victory in 2023 elections.


Hon. Bago also used the opportunity to called on other groups to come out en mass to support, mobilize and vote for APC at all levels. “Women groups must unreservedly speak with one voice in support of the APC because it represents the best for our Women and for the rest of Nigeria.” Bago noted.


In response, the leadership of the group appreciated Hon. Mohammed Bago for honoring their invitation, and the opportunity given to them to interact with the incoming governor. They stated that: “victory is sure, given that your achievements and track records of eleven years as Lawmaker has spoken high of you.” They went on to assured the flag bearer that all efforts towards uniting their members to vote for Hon. Mohammed Bago will be pursue in earnest.


Highlights of the events was donation of three (3) Sharon Buses and cash gift of Three Million Naira (#3,000,000.00) for the groups in Suleja, Gurara and Tafa LGA.
